Lawrence Shankland Finally makes a carreer decision to join Celtic – Personal terms agreed.

Lawrence Shankland could take “one last step” in his career and join Celtic this window,

that’s according to Go Radio pundit Stephen McGinn.

Several teams are interested in signing the Hearts talisman after

he scored 18 goals in 28 games across all competitions this season.

Since the 28-year-old has discovered a rich vein of form at Tynecastle,

interest from both sides of Glasgow has increased recently.

Since Shankland’s Hearts contract doesn’t expire until the end of the following season,

the Gorgie team may still be able to fetch a high price this transfer window if he decides to leave the team.

The league’s leading goal scorer, Shankland,

has been linked to a move to Ibrox for weeks now,

with Phillipe Clement‘s team appearing to be the more likely destination.

To improve their offensive options,

Stephen McGinn thinks Celtic ought to make a move for the Hearts captain.

 

 

“Kyogo rubber stamped his status as the main man in the recent Rangers game,” he said to Go Radio.

But what they most likely lack is that Oh simply has Shankland’s knack

of nicking the goal when he enters the game with around 20 minutes remaining and you are pressing for a goal.

Since Kyogo’s debut in January of last year, Hyun-Gyu Oh, a South Korean international,
