Bayern Munich’s young striker, Serie A star, Joshua Zirkzee, finally accepts to join Everton in the summer on free transfer – Terms agreed.
Joshua Zirkzee, a teenage player for Bayern Munich, is nearing a deal with Everton.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin, a highly-rated 6ft 3in 19-year-old, is presently out due to injury. TalkSPORT understands that his move will be on loan with the possibility of a permanent deal.
In 2017, Zirkzee was on the verge of becoming a member of the Toffees but ultimately chose to move to Germany.
“Everton was a serious option for me,” he revealed in an interview last year.
“Ronald Koeman was coach, Romelu Lukaku left for Manchester United that summer and I got the feeling from Everton that there was a good chance I could really become something there.
“They even offered me a contract whilst I was on trial.”
