West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus explains why he is not satisfied and want to exist.

Following his first Premier League goal for West Ham this season against Newcastle United on Sunday,

Mohammed Kudus feels there is still more to come from him and the team.

The Ghanaian, who joined the Hammers this summer from Ajax,

came off the bench at the London Stadium with the team down 2-1 after Tomas Soucek’s early opening was negated by Alexander Isak’s double.

With just one minute of normal time left in the match, Kudus scored a left-footed shot low into Nick Pope’s net after receiving the ball from Vladimir Coufal 20 yards out. The 60,000 Hammers in attendance were ecstatic.LONDON, ENGLAND - OCTOBER 8: Mohammed Kudus of West Ham United celebrates their second goal during the Premier League match between West Ham United and Newcastle United at London Stadium on October 8, 2023 in London, England. West Ham’s summer signing Mohammed Kudus scored his first Premier League goal for the club on Sunday afternoon to earn his side a point against Newcastle UnitedKudus,

who has now scored three goals in eight games for West Ham, stated,

“It feels very good to score that goal, of course.” “Most significantly, it helped the team—we gained a point—by making a difference.

“I was happy to score my first Premier League goal, and it was important that we got a point out of it,

even though we wanted the three points.”

Following their draw with the Magpies on Sunday,

West Ham is currently ranked seventh in the Premier League and has won their past four games across all competitions going into the October international break.

“We aim even higher and we are not satisfied with the draw,

” Kudus continued. “After the break, we’ll concentrate on the next game instead of chasing three points,

but we’ll settle for this and take the point.

“While Newcastle is a formidable opponent, we approach every game with the same mindset and strategy.

Although we were unable to get the three points we desired, the draw was still a nice result.

“I believe I have a lot to offer. The team, the coaches,

and everyone else in the area have really assisted me in adjusting and it already feels like a family.

And the fans are incredible. I’m grateful to the entire staff for their assistance in getting me settled.
