Manager fully believes 24-year-old will leave Rangers permanently in the summer
Rangers misfit Jose Cifuentes, according to Cruzeiros manager Nicolas Larcamon, will permanently leave Ibrox in the summer.

“Jose’s game is full with attributes. He will also provide aggression to the team and is extremely at ease with the ball.
He will be a huge asset to our midfield. We want to get him on the team as soon as possible because he will be a great asset.
