recruit from their own backyard, just over two months after they grabbed their first pledge in the Class of 2025. In-

state two-way lineman Gradey Anthony of Goshen (Ky.) North Hardin revealed on Friday that he has verbally

committed to the Cardinals. Only a few days prior, during the program’s Junior Day, he paid a visit to the university

before deciding to commit to Louisville information. LOUISVILLE, KY: The Louisville football program has now

acquired its second recruit in the cycle,

collecting a pledge in the Class of 2025, just over two months after they secured their first.

Anthony wrote on Twitter, “First and foremost, I’d like to thank my parents,

friends, and family for supporting me

through this journey.” “A special thanks to my coaches for pushing me above my comfort zone and molding me into

the guy I am today. My grandfather, who has always been my biggest admirer and who encouraged me to play. I’m

grateful to God for guiding me to where I am and enabling me to see the light in the shadows. Finally, I would want

to thank my teammates and the people of North Oldham for supporting me during this trip.”

Anthony posted to Twitter, “First and foremost, I’d like to thank my parents, friends,

through this journey.” “I would especially like to thank my instructors for helping me step outside of my comfort

zone and shape who I am today. My grandfather, who has always been my greatest

fan and inspired me to play the

game. I thank God that he led me here and that he made it possible

for me to see the light in the shadows. Lastly, I

would want to express my gratitude to the residents of North Oldham and my teammates for their support

throughout this journey.”

Anthony has now committed to Louisville’s 2025 recruiting class, after quarterback Mason Mims of Oxford (Ala.)

High School, who made his promise in late November. Louisville signed 14 recruits during the Early Signing Period

in December of 2024, the latest recent recruiting cycle.
