SFA unleash battles with Celtic, holding back is no longer

The Honduran team has called up Luis Palma, a winger for Celtic,

to play against Costa Rica in their upcoming Copa America qualifying match.

The forward is predicted to miss this weekend’s match against St Johnstone after missing the Scottish Cup Quarterfinal victory over Livingston.

Though Palma is dealing with a minor injury,

Honduran FA Chief Gerardo Ramos expects the attacker to play for his country.

This information was given to Football Scotland.

“Luis Palma has been receiving treatment for a minor injury from the National Team doctor and the Celtic doctor.”

We firmly believe Luis will be able to attend this crucial game versus Costa Rica.

“It makes sense that Palma is among the first players on the roster,

and we hope he is fully prepared for that match. He does have a little injury,

but it’s not life-threatening, and he will be okay in the next few days.

“To realize our goal of earning a Copa America qualification,

we need the best team available.”James Forrest might end up starting after being in the squad over the weekend because Palma and the suspended Yang will probably be unavailable.

Daizen Maeda scored a hat trick and Nicolas Kuhn made an immediate impression, thus both players were probably going to start.

“To be fair to him, I believe we have already discussed the fact that if someone wasn’t working with him every day and noticed the change,

he was probably on vacation when he initially arrived and claimed to have lost seven kg.

“Even at that small size, you can envision that.”

I believe he realized he had lost both his strength and his ability to sprint after dropping more than a stone.

Thus, the goal has been to strengthen him. He feels so good now, I think.
