As they prepare for a significant summer makeover, Celtic is giving priority to three

areas, insiders have told Football Insider.

Prior to the 2024–25 season, the Glasgow giants have made it their main priority to

sign a new striker, winger, and goalkeeper.

Following their defeat by fierce rivals Rangers in the Scottish Premiership, the Hoops

will likely have a busy transfer window to bolster Brendan Rodgers’ team.

 

According to Football Insider, Rodgers has called for a “full overhaul” of his Celtic

team this summer.

After revealing in their 2022–23 accounts that they have £67 million in the bank, the

Parkhead team most definitely has the financial wherewithal to fund three new recruits.

After Joe Hart declared his intention to retire at the end of the current campaign,

Rodgers will prioritize finding a new goalkeeper.

The former England international has played in 38 games for the Hoops this season

across all competitions, missing just one.

After growing dissatisfied at Celtic Park, Abada completed his transfer to Charlotte

FC, and Rodgers will now require offensive reinforcements in the summer.
