DONE DEAL: Celtic star signs long-term deal following acceptance of massive proposal; medical booked
Celtic winger Liel Abada has reportedly agreed to terms on a four-year contract with MLS team Charlotte FC and will soon undergo a medical,
according to sources who talked with Football Insider.
The 22-year-old is poised to leave Parkhead for one of the 10 highest transfer prices the Glasgow giants have ever received for a player.
Early on March 3, Football Insider revealed exclusively that Abada was wrapping up his Celtic contract and that Celtic had turned down a bid for him
from the US outfit Charlotte FC.
Celtic has accepted an £8 million first bid, which, with potential add-ons, could rise to nearly £10 million.
