The 25-year-old, who is already free to negotiate a contract with a team outside of England, is being considered by both the Light Blues and Old Firm rivals Celtic, according to a Daily Mail journalist who tweeted about this on March 1.

Three Spanish teams have scheduled scouts to observe him play against West Brom on Friday night, March 1, indicating that they are also interested.

O’Hare would undoubtedly be an example of the low-cost acquisitions that have defined the previous transfer windows at Ibrox, where players with expiring contracts or those without contracts are crucial.

English teams have sent players like Tom Lawrence, Dujon Sterling, and Jack Butland to Glasgow on a free transfer, and they have all made significant contributions—at least while healthy.

The list of low-cost signings who were already expected to depart in a few months is headed by Todd Cantwell, but it’s more mixed this season due to Nico Raskin and Jose Cifuentes‘ problems.

Englishman O’Hare has nine goals and four assists in all competitions this season, which suggests he might be a thrilling addition to Philippe Clement’s team. However, with Celtic in the mix, there may be a chance that, like with other possible targets, he lines up in opposition.

Even with Cantwell out due to injury, attacking midfield is arguably not a key necessity for the thriving Gers side right now, but adding from a position of strength can’t be ruled out because the management won’t want to take anything for granted.
