Leo Hjelde and ENZO LE FEE are back in Sunderland’s matchday squad for this afternoon’s Championship match against West Brom. Regis Le Bris, however, has chosen to use the same starting lineup that began last weekend’s victory over Millwall, and both of the returning players are listed on the replacements’ bench. Trai Hume will once again start on the other side of the back four, and Alan Browne will continue to play as a makeshift right-back. Hume, who played left-back against Millwall last weekend, scored Sunderland’s game-winning goal.
