According to reports, La Liga team Sevilla will try to recruit Aston Villa’s 21-year-old Dutch midfield talent Lamare Bogarde.
The Spanish publication Fichajes said that Sevilla is interested in Lamare Bogarde.
As the summer transfer window approaches, the Andalusian powerhouses are
searching the market for a midfield player. Thus, Los Nervionenses have made the
21-year-old Aston Villa midfield prospect their objective.
Lamare Bogarde is who?
Since making his debut in the main team at Aston Villa, Lamare Bogarde has had to wait.
The Dutchman was born in Rotterdam and grew up there for the most part. After joining the
West Midlands team in 2020, the young player graduated from
Aston Villa’s youth division after going through the academies at Swift Boys Rotterdam and Feyenoord.
In January 2021, a few days after turning 17, Bogarde made his debut for Aston Villa in the first team.
The youthful player has just recently begun to gain prominence in the current campaign and has
not yet established himself as a regular for the West Midlands club. In his 16 appearances so far this season,
the 21-year-old has yet to reach 1,000 minutes of playing time for the first team.
Bogarde’s market value is considerable, though, as a number of prestigious teams in Europe are vying for his services.
Sevilla is interested in signing the highly regarded midfield player during the summer transfer window,
so the Dutch youth international may be in for an adventure in La Liga.
