The injury that Gers player Todd Cantwell sustained has disappointed Rangers manager Philippe Clement.

Cantwell has been a vital member of the Rangers team this season and has helped the team win the Scottish Premiership.

After being replaced by Clement in the first half of a Europa League match, he performed admirably, and ever since,

he has been among Rangers’ first choices on the roster.

Nevertheless, the midfield player will be sidelined for a few weeks due to an injury.

As the Rangers go closer to a busy time of the season, the manager of the team is not too pleased about losing one of his important players.

But he did say that Kemar Roofe is back to full strength and will be part of the team on Saturday when they play Hearts.

“Todd Cantwell will be out for a few weeks which is disappointing but that is football,” Clement stated at a press conference.

Kemar Roofe will be in the squad for tomorrow because he has trained this week.

When the Rangers visit the Hearts at Ibrox in less than a day, it will be interesting to see how Clement reorganizes his squad.
