In light of Angus Kinnear’s recent revelation, Everton is being urged to name a Manchester United manager.
As Angus Kinnear approaches a move to Goodison Park,
Everton has been advised to look elsewhere.
Since the Scottish strategist was reappointed as Everton manager,
the Toffees have won four of their last six Premier League games,
demonstrating the tremendous turnaround in form that
David Moyes has sparked at Goodison.
The Friedkin Group seems interested in making some
interesting boardroom appointments as well.
Everton is looking to hire a new CEO, and the recruitment firm
Nolan Partners is assisting the team in this endeavor [The Athletic].
David Harrison should be appointed by Everton rather than Kinnear.
The Friedkin Group wants to establish a new executive structure at
Everton and Leeds, according to a report published in The Telegraph on February 20.
Therefore, if I were Everton, I would go and acquire Harrison,
who is currently with Manchester United, who spent more than 25 years at the football team.
He managed that football team in an amazing manner. Among the best administrators I’ve ever dealt with was him. He is familiar with the club and Moyes. He is therefore the person I think ought to be appointed. Okay, Kinnear is a name, and they have undoubtedly done their research.
