
A’significant’ demand is made, and Rangers’ revelation about Celtic comes straight from the Ibrox dressing room.
In an interview, Leon Balogun reflected on domestic struggles and European involvement,
voicing the dressing room verdict that there’s a lot of work to be done to catch Celtic,
with a big improvement demand made. Balogun was at the club when it won the title 55,
but they are far behind in this year’s Premiership chase. Celtic leads the league by 13 points,
and Rangers are already out of the Scottish Cup after losing in the Premier Sports Cup final.
But they have advanced to the Europa League last 16, a competition they reached the final of in 2022.
