Juventus eye double summer swoop including Super Eagles star and Newcastle United midfielder

Juventus, the record Serie A champions, are interested in signing Super Eagles striker Victor

James Osimhen this summer, along with Newcastle United’s Sandro Tonali, according to

Soccernet.

Osimhen joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan from Napoli after his planned move to the

English Premier League fell through, while Tonali has had a standout season under Eddie Howe

this year.

Tonali, who plays alongside Bruno Guimaraes and Joelinton in Newcastle’s midfield, has 17 goals

and five assists in 23 appearances for Okan Buruk’s team this season.

According to Italian source Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus is planning a double summer raid for

Victor Osimhen and Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali.

Following last year’s technical revolution at the Allianz Arena in Turin, Juventus Sporting Director Cristiano Giuntoli wants to strengthen the squad by adding excellence to each area, and he has

already begun working on squad planning ahead of a summer makeover.
