Tottenham are the latest team to register an interest in signing Milan defender Fikayo Tomori in the January transfer window, following previous enquiries from the likes of Juventus and Aston Villa.

Tottenham targeting Tomori loan deal with Milan

According to reports in Italy, Tottenham are interested in signing Tomori on loan for the remainder of the 2024-25 season.

Spurs are looking to add another defender to their ranks before the close of the

January transfer window, while Tomori has already been linked with a move away from San Siro at various stages of the last few weeks.

There had been reports that the former Chelsea centre-back had been close to

swapping Milan for Juventus, but that move never materialised, with the

Bianconeri sealing deals for Renato Veiga and Alberto Costa instead.

Tomori fell out of favour under Paulo Fonseca at the beginning of the 2024-25 season,

but was immediately reinstated as a starter when Sergio Conceicao was appointed at the end of December.

He has played in 21 matches across all competitions for the Rossoneri this season,

including both games in the Supercoppa Italiana mini-tournament in

Saudi Arabia at the start of the month, during which period Milan beat

Juventus and Inter to claim their first piece of silverware since the 2021-22 Scudetto.
