According to Sky Sports, the 43-year-old has lost two jobs this season after being fired by Rangers the first time.
With Celtic leading the Premiership by seven points at the beginning of the season, the Londoner’s tenure at the Ibrox club came to an
end at the beginning of October.
Before Sunderland called, he was out of job for a few months.
But after just three months of that deal and 12 games as head coach, the Black Cats have benched Beale.
He moves on, leaving Sunderland in 10th place with diminishing play-off aspirations.
Philippe Clement has changed Rangers’ fortunes since taking over from Beale.
Beale was formally announced as the new head coach of the Championship team on December 18. He consented to a deal that would
last 2.5 years.
However, the Black Cats benched Beale after just three months of that agreement and 12 games as head coach.
He departs, leaving Sunderland in 10th position with dwindling hopes of making the playoffs.
Rangers’ fortunes have improved under Philippe Clement’s leadership after Beale left.
