Rangers injury news: Doctor shares Kemar Roofe update
According to the injury specialist, the Jamaican striker has been sidelined since December due to an injury and is likely to miss several
more weeks.
Doctor Brar, a sports scientist and physical therapist, spoke exclusively with Ibrox News about his situation. He stated, “It doesn’t
missing for a few weeks.” Timelines and targets, especially when a long time out, are more grey than anything else.
“The doctors will be working diligently behind the scenes to be methodical and thorough with his return, as his fitness record isn’t the
best.”
Next season, Roofe might not play for the Rangers.
The Jamaican international’s deal at Ibrox expires in the summer, and there’s a good probability the team won’t extend it.
There would have been a case to keep him if he had been fit, but the manager may not have found him to be dependable based on the
fact that he has only appeared in nine league games this season.
Hopefully, he can turn things around, but it will be much more difficult for him to break free from his cycle of re-injury at thirty-one.
A former midfielder for Everton and Liverpool has disclosed an offer to guarantee a permanent move to Ibrox, according to other
Rangers news.
