Talented Manchester United player on trial at Nottingham Forest is linked to Celtic

Adam Berry, a former Manchester United youth, has been linked to Celtic.

In an attempt to finalize his future move, the gifted winger is now on trial with Nottingham Forest of the Premier League.

The Scottish Champions are among the sides mentioned as having interested in signing Berry,

according to Football Transfers.

After leaving Carrington this month, the 17-year-old signed with VWM Sports Management to aid in his quest for more playing time.

While playing for Manchester United’s Under-16 squad the previous season,

Berry astonishingly made his Under-18 debut in August 2021 against Manchester City at the age of 15.

Despite his development in the U18s, he decided to look for a place where he could easily make the first squad.

Talks over new long-term contracts are currently underway between the club and Rocco Vata and Liam Scales.

This season, Scales has established himself as a mainstay in the first squad,

while Vata appears to have a position going forward. After scoring his first goal for the team last month,

the 18-year-old’s contract is set to expire in the summer, and the club is eager to lock him down.
