In his 88 Premier League appearances, McBurnie has netted 11 goals, totaling 70 goals in his career. He has also had stints at Swansea

City, Bradford City, and Barnsley.

The striker is not over the hill as a free agent, but rather in and around his prime at 27, and there’s no reason his physicality and goal-

scoring ability can’t make him a real headache for Scottish Premiership defenders.
