Patterson has had three appearances for the Everton Under-21s because Dyche has stated how crucial it is to rebuild him.
It’s interesting to note that Everton is considering sending Patterson out on loan to a Premier League team in January,
according to a recent report (Daily Mail).
When a reporter asked Sean Dyche this question during his news conference, it prompted his vehement response.
