Rafa Marin and Juan Jesus have been nowhere near competing for the starting spot, and the 33-year-old Brazilian could leave in January, six months before his contract expires.
TMW believes that a left-footed centre-back would be the ideal substitute for Juan Jesus. Napoli is also looking to add a new right-back to back up Giovanni Di Lorenzo.
