I see big changes at Everton after the takeover
If Everton resolves the ownership dispute within the club, they can resume reaching their full

Ashley Young thinks Everton can return to reaching its full potential if the ownership dispute is
Even though they were docked two points this season, the Blues managed to survive in the Premier League before May for the first time in three years thanks to three straight home victories in a row. Despite acknowledging that issues off the pitch also need to be rectified, Young applauded the work
done by Everton manager Sean Dyche, who was one of his teammates when he began his career at Watford.
Everton made the announcement back on September 15 that Farhad Moshiri, the club’s largest shareholder, had inked a deal to sell 777 Partners his entire 94.1% shareholding in the business.
The deal was due to close in the fourth quarter of 2023. But after nearly eight months, the Premier League board has still not approved the purchase. Additionally, the Miami-based private investment firm is now facing allegations of engaging in a sophisticated “pattern of fraud” involving hundreds of millions of pounds, which raises serious concerns about their capacity to finalise the takeover.

until you get inside the building.
“The club’s manager has performed admirably. You discuss things like point deductions and
other things, but you never mention the fans or how much they support the team. They seem to be
so far behind you while you’re succeeding, and all you want to do is keep going.
There are some incredible players, and I’ve never been in a locker room where the manager and
players work together to make the team a great place to be.”
