Joe Worrall has cautioned Celtic that their old team, Rangers,

is a strong contender to unseat them as Premiership winners.

Nottingham Forest has sent the defender out on loan a second time.

His first spell away from the City Ground was at Ibrox before he signed

a season-long loan with Besiktas. After playing for Rangers throughout

the 2018–19 season, Worrall returned to Forest to assist them

in winning promotion to the Premier League. He continues to

monitor his previous team and the intriguing title competition that is taking place.

At the moment, Celtic leads Philippe Clement’s team by three points.

Rangers are temporarily kept at bay thanks to a 2-1 victory over

Hibs on Wednesday, which was achieved by a last-minute penalty from

Adam Idah.

The guys for Philippe Clement do have a match ahead of them.

This weekend is reserved for Scottish Cup action,

as Celtic travels to Paisley to play St Mirren, while the Light Blues visit Ayr United.

TalkSPORT questioned Worrall on his predictions for

the outcome of the title battle. And he gave his former side a wink and a nod.
