Report – Il Cagliari avvia trattative per l’attaccante dell’Inter valutato 7 milioni di euro – Dettagli
Cagliari have reportedly begun talks with Inter Milan to try and sign striker Sebastiano Esposito this summer.
Cagliari-based newspaper L’Unione Sarda, via FCInterNews, report that the Rossoblu could either try and sign the 23-year-old on an initial loan, or make an ambitious move to buy him outright.
Sebastiano Esposito is currently part of Inter Milan’s senior squad once again.
The Italy Under-21 striker had spent last season on loan with Empoli. However, that loan deal came to an end, and the Tuscans did not sign him on a permanent basis.
Therefore, Sebastianio Esposito travelled with the Inter squad to the
United States for the Club World Cup. He appeared in all four of their matches at the tournament, starting two.
Cagliari Begin Talks With Inter To Sign Sebastiano Esposito
It looks like virtually a foregone conclusion that Sebastiano Esposito will leave Inter this summer, however.
And there have been a few clubs to show an interest in the 23-year-old.
Fiorentina have certainly been pushing to sign Esposito after he had impressed with their regional rivals Empoli.
However, La Viola are not the only club eyeing up Esposito.
L’Unione Sarda confirm that Cagliari are seriously interested in signing the 23-year-old.
Therefore, the Sardinian club have begun talks with Inter regarding a potential deal.
There would be a couple of routes via which Cagliari could potentially sign Esposito.
One would be to offer an initial loan deal, with a purchase option. Alternatively, Cagliari could aim to sign the young striker outright.
