Divin Mubama, a young forward for Manchester City, has been linked to a permanent transfer to Ipswich Town, a team that was just demoted. Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano was the first to report on the possible deal, stating that City is valued at £10 million and that Lille, a French team, is also rumored to be interested. This information comes as the Tractor Boys are searching for a replacement for Liam Delap, who was also signed from City last summer and is rumored to be headed to Chelsea.
