Nottingham Forest enters the transfer race, and Liverpool hopes to sell Darwin Nunez for the sum of..
With Darwin Nunez’s future becoming more apparent than ever in recent days, it is anticipated
that the striker will depart Liverpool this summer.
Nunez’s now-deleted remark seems to be directed at Arne Slot, who lost his place in the starting
lineup following yet another subpar season in goal, leaving Liverpool supporters furious. Because of this,
Nunez has been linked to leaving Liverpool, and although though the Uruguayan international
signed with the Reds in 2022 for a hefty price, his tenure at Anfield is expected to end after three disappointing seasons.
And with Atletico Madrid and Nottingham Forest showing increasing interest,
Liverpool has officially set their price for selling Nuenz.
Darwin Nunez might be sold by Liverpool for as cheap as £34 million.
Nunez is a South American forward who might leave Anfield on loan, and Liverpool is
reportedly considering offers for him this summer for as cheap as €40 million (£34 million).
Atletico and Forest are also interested in signing him.
Nunez is one of the highest-paid players at Anfield, and Liverpool is reportedly open to the notion of loaning him out.
However, the striker’s salary is expected to be a significant barrier for teams
looking to recruit the former Benfica star on a long-term basis.
