Abdoulaye Doucoure has been open about his future at Everton and his intention to make the most of his remaining time there,

should this turn out to be his final season. The manager of Goodison Park has permitted a condition that would have resulted in

a one-year extension to expire, making the 32-year-old one of 13 Everton players whose current contracts expire this summer.

David Moyes may still include the midfield player in his plans on renegotiated terms, but for the time being, Doucoure,
