Wilson Odobert may be loaned by Tottenham to Brighton this summer.

Given his ties to Brighton & Hove Albion, Tottenham Hotspur may approve Wilson Odobert’s loan

exit during the summer transfer window.
Brighton & Hove Albion is reportedly interested in Wilson Odobert, according to a report by the Spanish publication Fichajes.

As the summer transfer window approaches, the Seagulls are searching the market for a

wide attacker and have their sights set on the Tottenham sensation. In the meanwhile,

the North London team may approve the French youth international’s loan departure.

Wilson Odobert and his struggles at Tottenham
After joining Tottenham Hotspur from Burnley in a summer transfer of almost €30 million,

Wilson Odobert has had a disappointing debut season. The Frenchman, who hails from Meaux,

has played for Martinique in age-group football so far, but he is qualified to represent both

France and Martinique in international football. Before graduating from the academy at Paris

Saint-Germain, the 20-year-old whizkid began his youth career at USF Trilport,

where he spent his formative years. Odobert gained notoriety during his time with Burnley,

though, and was one of the Clarets’ most notable players during their terrible 2022–2023 season,

which saw them relegated from the Premier League.

Are you planning to move across the Premier League?
Wilson Odobert would benefit from a loan move away from Tottenham Hotspur during the summer

transfer window, since his progress has been hindered by the long-term injury.

With the highly regarded attacking prospect, Brighton & Hove Albion is willing to take a gamble,

and a loan approach may be imminent.

While Kaoru Mitoma has become a target for Premier League heavyweights, Joao Pedro is a target for Liverpool.

Odobert has emerged as a promising target for Brighton & Hove Albion,

who should buy a versatile attacker during the summer transfer season.

The Seagulls and Tottenham have already begun discussing a potential loan deal for the Frenchman, who is 20 years old.
