Rangers player initial offer being drafted; bid may “fall short”

Rangers player initial offer being drafted; bid may “fall short”

Rangers acquired Hamza Igamane from AS FAR in Morocco during

the summer and offered him a deal that would last until 2029.

With 13 goals and three assists in 35 games, the striker has had a successful debut season at Ibrox.

Other clubs have expressed interest in him due to his Rangers performance.

Earlier this month, Africa Foot revealed that Sevilla, one among the interested parties,

had dispatched a scout to routinely watch the 22-year-old play for Rangers.

The Moroccan is currently on the list of striker targets for Víctor Orta,

the sports director of the Andalusian team, according to Vamos Mi Sevilla FC.

The Rangers player has been added to Morocco’s roster for the forthcoming games by manager Walid Regragui.

If he makes his debut and performs well for the national team, his value may increase.

According to the source, the Spanish team is getting ready to make a €10 million first offer during the upcoming window.

If Igamane continues to play well for Morocco and Rangers through the end of current season, this plan “may fall short.”

The amount required to persuade the Scottish club to approve a transfer is not mentioned by the publication.

In addition to the cost, Sevilla faces competition from Everton and Marseille for Igamane’s services.
