Derby County v Stoke City final-day showdown ‘new’ kick-off time confirmed

Derby County’s final-day showdown with Stoke City will kick-off at 12:30pm, the EFL has announced.

The last day of the season takes place on Saturday May, 3 when Mark Robins’ side visit Pride Park for a game that could be a relegation decider.

Both clubs are currently fighting against the drop to League One with Derby currently four points adrift of safety, while the Potters are five points above the drop zone.

Derby have a lot to do to ensure they can take their fight to the final day with the Rams currently winless in 11 league games.

They head to Middlesbrough tomorrow looking to bounce back from their defeat to Millwall last weekend.

But Stoke are also bang out of form with the arrival of Mark Robins, their third manager of the season, yet to ignite their campaign.

Robins has won just two games since his arrival since January with fans frustrated by their performance both on and off the pitch.

On the same day, League One and League Two clubs will kick-off at the usual time of 3pm.
