Less than 24 hours after scoring for Leeds United, Major Junior Firpo’s decision was announced.

Leeds United defeated Sheffield United at Bramall Lane on Monday night when

Junior Firpo scored a goal and provided an assist, making headlines.

Since Daniel Farke took over as Leeds United’s manager, the left-back has been on fire.

He made a full recovery from an injury during the first part of the 2023–24 season.

Firpo has now played for Leeds in 50 Championship games.

This includes the three playoff games from the previous season. The left-back has a staggering 18 goals and assists in that time.

Last night, he scored two goals and provided an amazing 16 assists.

When the left-back sprang into Sheffield United’s area to head home a cross from Dan James,

Firpo gave Leeds the equalizer. Ao Tanaka was able to squeeze the ball in after he flicked a header to him shortly after.
