John Eustace and Alex Neil differ on Millwall’s late victory in Derby County.

Following Millwall’s thrilling victory over Derby County, the two managers have had a say.
John Eustace’s home debut as Rams manager was ruined on Saturday when Millwall came

late to win a crucial three points and overcome struggling Derby County away from home.

Millwall is presently in 11th place, six points out of the playoffs, as Josh Coburn’s goal

five minutes into extra time ensured the points were returned to the capital.

The Lions will be happy to have their first away league win of the month,

and Neil Harris thinks it was what his team deserved. However,

they will want to solidify their top half standing before determining whether they are

playoff material in the final stretch.“I felt we had good opportunities in the game,

and I thought in the first half, we had two or three good chances,” he told MillwallTV.

“Japhet [Tanganga] should have had a penalty. We got into good positions but just lacked that final ball.

We had a shot in the second half. The keeper made a good save with his feet, and we missed a penalty,

so we did enough to win the game. When you miss those opportunities, you are worried that the goal won’t come.

I felt all the substitutes that came on made us stronger, gave us energy, and they got after the ball more.
