Fulham vs Crystal Palace final injury update as 6 players ruled out and 1 doubt

All the latest injury news surrounding Fulham and Crystal Palace as they prepare to face off in the Premier League.

Fulham and Crystal Palace face off in an all-London clash on Saturday, with the Cottagers coming into this one on the back of back-to-back statement wins, defeating Newcastle United and then Nottingham Forest.

Palace lost last time out, with their momentum stalling against in-form Everton. As the Eagles look to put things right and Fulham look to push towards the European spots, we have rounded up the latest injury news surrounding both teams.

Reiss Nelson – Out

In a fresh blow, Nelson could be out for the season, with Silva saying: “It’s a really tough moment for us,” Silva said. “Of course, first of all, for the player, we feel really sorry for him, because he worked really hard to be back after the first hamstring injury. It was a moment that we all were excited about him coming back, because he was really important for us before the injury last December. He did so, so well, and we know that in his best level he is capable to help us to win football matches and to be stronger.”

Harry Wilson – Out

Wilson will miss much of the rest of the season, with Silva saying last week: “He got the surgery last Monday. Everything went well; now we have to step by step keep recovering him. It’s going to take a long time, probably the beginning of April.”

Kenny Tete – Out

Tete is not expected back until April. Silva said earlier this month of his knee injury: “Kenny is a little bit different because we know already the timescale. It’s going to be probably to the end of March [or the] beginning of April. It’s a long, long time without him.”

Sasa Lukic – Doubt

Lukic’s situation remains unclear. Silva said last week: “Let’s see, let’s hope it’s just fatigue. We have to wait a few more hours to see. He’s positive it’s nothing serious. We have enough injuries already. Let’s hope it’s nothing serious.”

Eberechi Eze – Fit

Glasner has confirmed: “It was a good week for him [Eze] personally, and he’s getting better and better with his foot. I think he’s ready to start [against Fulham].”

Chadi Riad – Out

Riad will be out until next year after rupturing his ACL.

Cheick Doucoure – Out

Glasner confirmed at the end of last month: “After further assessments, Cheicky needs surgery on his knee, so we have lost [him] for the rest of the season. We hope [he] will return for pre-season.”

Ward remains out with a calf strain.
