John Eustace reacts to the arrival of the free agent in Derby County
John Eustace claims that Kemar Roofe’s record speaks for itself after the former Rangers striker signed a contract with
Derby County through the end of the season. Derby moved to sign the former Leeds forward as a free agent to help
bolster their attacking options as they fight for Championship survival. The 32-year-old has been training with the
club since Monday and is expected to be included in the squad to play Millwall this weekend.

reference to his presence prior to the Championship matchup against the Lions.
“Obviously, he’s had a lot of injury problems in the last couple of seasons, but he’s fit now,

even offering forward advice to the forwards. He should just be around the group and put the ball in the net.
Eustace went on to say: “He exercised on Monday and Tuesday and shown to everyone that he is
still capable of putting the ball in the net, which is the main goal.
