Leeds United attacker to face FA investigations following Sunderland incident – an unnecessary distraction the club didn’t need
The Whites are currently in excellent form, and it appears like they are determined to prove Chris
Wilder correct by winning the Championship on their way back to the Premier League this season.

Leeds United are performing like a well-oiled machine on the pitch, producing results while facing supposedly in-form Championship opposition.
Farke’s yellow card on Monday night was something Leeds would have like to avoid, as he is now expected to be suspended from the sidelines when his team travels to Bramall Lane to face Sheffield United on Monday night.
However, the aftermath of the play against Sunderland could have long-term consequences for
Leeds,
as it has been reported that Largie Ramazani may face FA enquiries for his conduct towards the
end of the game.
The Leeds United forward got carried away and could now face the ire of the FA
Ramazani came on in the second half and helped Leeds set up two goals that secured all three
points.
However, his actions right before and after the final whistle could result in FA fines, and he
definitely could have avoided those errors.
After the second goal, the Belgian instantly celebrated in front of Luke O’Nien, and he went on to
taunt Sunderland captain Dan Neil after the game ended.
While teams require fiery characteristics, Ramazani’s actions may now have an impact on the team,
and ex-PGMOL chief Keith Hackett expects the FA to investigate the winger.
“The Football Association will investigate this incident,” Hackett told MOT Leeds News.
“It will be interesting to see if any of the match officials witnessed the incident and included it in
their special incident report form.”
Leeds do not need these distractions at this stage
The Whites are performing well on the pitch, and Farke’s work on the training pitch has resulted
in one of the most intimidating sides in the Championship.
The Leeds manager’s suspension from the touchline against Sheffield United on Monday night
will be a concern, although it may be ascribed to some poor refereeing.
However, if Ramazani is sanctioned in the coming days, it is entirely the fault of the player and
his actions following the game at Elland Road.
Leeds United’s attacker is being investigated by the FA after a confrontation with Sunderland,
creating an unnecessary distraction for the club.
