The Class of 2025, the two-time European Cup champions under the renowned Brian Clough, are
well on their way to qualifying for next season’s Champions League, surpassing all expectations after successive relegation battles in their first two seasons back in the Premier League.
They are third in the Premier League, trailing only Liverpool and Arsenal but ahead of reigning champions Manchester City, with 47 points from 25 games.
The Premier League is expected to be one of the top two performing nations in European
competition this season, boosting their prospects of qualifying for the Champions League, and
fifth place could be enough to earn qualification.
Furthermore, if a club finishes in the top seven and wins the FA Cup, the sixth and seventh places
will qualify for the Europa League, while the eighth position will participate in the Europa Conference League.
