Lewis O’Brien signs a loan deal with Swansea City, stating that he is prepared to battle and demonstrate his abilities.
After completing his loan transfer from Nottingham Forest, Lewis O’Brien has promised to
bring aggression and fight to the Swansea City midfield.
The 26-year-old, who has joined the Swans for the rest of the 2024–25 season,
provides a plethora of Championship experience from his over 150 games for
Middlesbrough and Huddersfield Town in the second division.
O’Brien has also played for Nottingham Forest in the Premier
League and for DC United and LA FC in Major League Soccer.
And the energetic playmaker is eager to get down to work with the Swans.
“I am really excited to be here. It was an opportunity for me to come back to the Championship,
I chatted with the gaffer and he detailed the way the team plays,
and also spoke about wanting a player who is ready to fight,” said O’Brien.
“I have played in a number of different competitions and leagues,
and I feel I have taken a bit from all those experiences. When I begin performing,
I hope the fans will be able to notice that.
