Leeds struck gold on “electric” star who’s worth millions more than Archer

The Championship’s promotion race is intensifying. With 59 points to the Blades’ 58, Leeds United presently leads and is one point ahead of Sheffield United, who are in second place. But as they try to increase their lead, Daniel Farke’s team has a game in hand that could be vital.

With only a few days left in the January window, the Whites are doing well, but they haven’t done anything in the transfer market yet. Kris Smith, a Leeds analyst for Football League World, clarified

that the fact that they haven’t done any business yet is a “real concern.”

Archer’s potential move to Leeds

BBC Sport journalist Nizaar Kinsella was the first to link Archer, a former striker for Sheffield United and Aston Villa, with a move to Elland Road.
According to Kinsella, “early talks have taken place” for the centre forward, therefore the move is a possibility. It is believed that he might be open to joining the Championship team.
Archer’s experience in the English second division is the one thing he could bring to this Leeds team. With Preston North End and Middlesbrough, he has already played in the Championship, where he recorded 18 goals and seven assists in 40 appearances.

old has once again shown promise this season, contributing significantly to Leeds’ run for the championship for the second straight year.
