Go to dcfc.co.uk, select “TICKETS,” and then select “AWAY TICKETS” from the “TICKETS” option.
Enter your password and email address to access the system. Click the “forgot password” link on the login page if there is a problem. Send an email to Ticket.Office@dcfc.co.uk if the problem continues.

Call 0871 472 1884 ^ between 10am-4pm on Monday-Saturday and select Option 1. Ensure your contact details are readily available including Fan ID, Full Name, Full Address and Date of Birth.
Tickets can either be posted up to 72 hours before matchday and are subject to £2.50 per Transaction Postage Fee or can collected at the Ticket Office, offered by Seat Geek, which is open 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday.
Derby County match ticket refunds are not possible for this game. We are unable to move tickets for away fixtures after they have been purchased.
