Information for Members: Next Month, Former Sky Blue Star Noel Whelan Will Return to Cov!

On Friday, February 7th, our CCFPA member, well-liked former Sky Blues forward Noel Whelan,

will return to Coventry for a “evening with…” event at Walsgrave WMC, hosted by CCFPA Chairman Billy Bell!

“Snowy” Whelan, who has been dubbed a “cult hero, maverick, bad boy, and club legend,”

will be giving fans photo ops while sharing some stories about his remarkable career with a

dozen league and non-league clubs, particularly his Sky Blues days

(39 goals in 155 CCFC games between 1995 and 2000). Noel has previously attended

CCFPA Legends Day reunions and is a frequent returnee to Coventry and Sky Blue games.
