Manchester United faces competition from five other clubs in the race to sign Jack Grealish following Marcus Rashford’s setback.

Manchester United is one of four Premier League clubs monitoring Jack Grealish’s situation, with Borussia Dortmund also entering the race after facing challenges in their pursuit of Marcus Rashford.

Borussia Dortmund is considering a surprising move for struggling Manchester City star Jack Grealish, with Manchester United among four Premier League clubs also keeping an eye on his situation. Dortmund, aiming to strengthen their attack amid a disappointing Bundesliga season, has identified Grealish as a potential target. The English winger has been in and out of the starting lineup under Pep Guardiola.

Inter Milan is also interested in the former Aston Villa player, whose £100 million price tag continues to follow him. Dortmund has been exploring potential signings, including being linked with Marcus Rashford, though he has not played for weeks after being dropped by Ruben Amorim. Rashford remains open to a return to Manchester United, training extra sessions to force his way back into the team.

Grealish, however, is considering a potential move abroad, with interest also coming from his former club Aston Villa, Manchester United, Newcastle, and Tottenham. While United may try to convince him to make the move to Old Trafford, it remains to be seen whether they will succeed.

The 29-year-old has struggled this season, starting 11 of 20 games across all competitions and scoring just one goal, alongside four assists in 1,036 minutes of action. His only goal was a penalty in City’s 8-0 FA Cup victory over League Two Salford, marking his first goal in over a year.

Guardiola has admitted that Grealish is currently behind Savinho in the pecking order, challenging him to return to his previous form. The manager stated, “I want the Jack that won the treble, but I try to be honest with myself.”
