Celtic FC Foundation will provide 500 Winter Warmer Packs to support vulnerable pensioners during the colder months.

Celtic FC Foundation is stepping up once again this festive season to support vulnerable pensioners in Glasgow and surrounding areas by distributing 500 Winter Warmer Packs.

Each pack is designed to help recipients stay warm and nourished during the colder months. The contents include a heated throw, hat, scarf, gloves, a wind-up radio, and a £30 supermarket voucher, combining practical assistance with festive cheer.

The Foundation is partnering with local housing associations and community groups to ensure the packs reach those most in need, particularly those affected by fuel poverty and financial hardship.

Donna-Marie Henry, Head of Foundation, highlighted the initiative’s importance:
“Our Winter Warmer packs provide essential comfort and support to some of the most vulnerable in our communities. With rising energy costs and limited incomes, this winter is especially tough for many. We’re proud to help ease that burden.”

Together, the initiative aims to ‘Make Christmas Magic.’
