Rangers are set to appoint a new chairman to follow Dave King, Douglas Park, John Bennett and John Gilligan at Ibrox
The lines between funding Rangers and running Rangers have become increasingly blurred in recent times. As a result, vision has been lost and the picture has been far from perfect. It does not take hindsight to see that mistakes have been made individually and collectively at Ibrox.
