Leicester City fans make Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall point after the Chelsea match, one thing must happen.

Leicester City fans have already expressed their opinions on former Fox Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

After regaining promotion to the Premier League, Leicester City suffered a huge setback on the transfer front.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall scored 12 goals and helped 14 in 44 Championship matches in 2023/24,

helping the Foxes regain promotion to the top level.

However, promotion-winning manager Enzo Maresca was stolen by Chelsea, and the Italian eventually lured Dewsbury-Hall away from the King Power Stadium in the 2024 summer transfer window.

Despite Maresca’s knowledge of KDH’s quality, the 26-year-old has struggled for playing time at Stamford Bridge this season.

Dewsbury-Hall has made ten appearances for Chelsea, however his minutes have been limited, with only 43 in the Premier League to far.

Following the Blues’ most recent meeting, Leicester fans have made their sentiments about Dewsbury-Hall obvious.

Leicester City fans create Kieran Dewsbury-Hall following Chelsea against Noah.

Chelsea competes in the Europa Conference League this season and faced Noah on Thursday evening.

The west Londoners won 8-0, but Dewsbury-Hall, despite his restricted Premier League minutes, did not start the game against the minnows.

Leicester fans have now gone to X/Twitter to express their concerns over their ex-player’s lack of game time, urging the Foxes to make a January trade for him.

One fan tweeted, “So Dewsbury-Hall isn’t even being picked for Chelsea’s games against absolute nobodies.” The lad should request to depart as soon as possible, thereby wasting a full season of his career. Do you think we should just try to resign him?

Another responded: “My ‘call’ would be we get KDH back on loan in January if we give first refusal to Chelsea to sign Hermansen.”

Another Leicester supporter commented, “Loan him in January; it benefits him whether he stays or returns permanently.”

A fourth fan responded: “Loan in Jan is possible but I’m pretty sure he would feel like a loser coming back so soon, I’ve already predicted next season he will be with a lower-half prem side, it will be infuriating if it’s not us.”

A fifth Foxes enthusiast stated, “Loan to buy in Jan,” whereas another commented: “Probably get him on loan in Jan, I’d say he’ll definitely leave on loan, hoping he has a good half a season so they can recoup most the fee back in the summer and sell him.”

A seventh Leicester fan wrote: “A move to avoid a potential breach of financial fair play, most likely part of the Maresca settlement.” I doubt KDH wanted the transfer.”

Enzo Maresca’s comments on Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall’s Chelsea minutes.

Back in September, Maresca discussed the former Leicester City ace and his lack of minutes.

He said, “I am extremely pleased with Kiernan. We need to recognize that Kiernan was Leicester’s top player.

“He comes here, and he is no longer the primary player; he is now one of the players. You must adjust mentally to him, as well as to any other player in the world.

“You progress from ‘Okay, I’m the primary player here’ to becoming one of the players. That era demands some time to grasp and adjust.”

However, that was over two months ago, and with his minutes still extremely limited, Dewsbury-Hall may be seeking for an exit in January.

A loan move would undoubtedly benefit both parties, and returning to Leicester, even for six months, makes sense.
