Spurs aim to maintain their undefeated record in Europe this year.

The Europa League returns on Thursday when Tottenham visits Galatasaray.

Mikey Moore made an impressive debut for the first team, and Richarlison scored a penalty as Spurs defeated

AZ Alkmaar 1-0 last time out. Spurs are currently undefeated in Europe.

With three straight victories in the Europa League, Ange Postecoglou’s team is tied for third place with

Lazio and Anderlecht going into the fourth round of games.

However, they have had another hectic week, defeating Manchester City 2-1 to eliminate them from the

Carabao Cup and then scoring four goals in a decisive victory against Aston Villa on Sunday.

Turkish giants Gala, meanwhile, sit on seven points in Europe with two wins and one draw from their opening three games.

Date, kick-off time and venue

Galatasaray vs Tottenham is scheduled for a 5.45pm GMT kick-off time on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Rams Park (Turk Telekom Arena) in Istanbul will host.

Ismail Jakobs, the left-back who missed Gala’s victory over Besiktas, is expected to be available.

Fearsome striker Victor Osimhen will lead the line, former Arsenal player Lucas Torreira will play in midfield,

and former Spurs defender Davinson Sanchez should start.

In addition, Spurs will be without Cristian Romero after the defender was substituted against Villa and Micky van de Ven,

who suffered a hamstring injury during the victory against City. On Sunday, Radu Draguin and Ben Davies filled in.

The return of skipper Heung-min Son, who helped equalise through Brennan Johnson before being replaced before the hour,

was more encouraging. With Richarlison taking a knock over the weekend, Son and Dominic Solanke might start again on Thursday.

Postecoglou will exercise caution when playing too many young people in front of the usually boisterous Rams Park fans.

Mikey Moore might not play, but players like Archie Grey and Lucas Bergvall might.

Galatasaray vs Tottenham prediction

At this relatively early point in the European season, the hosts, who are playing well this year,

appear to be one of the more challenging tests for the Spurs.

Given that Ipswich is playing at home in the league this Sunday, Postecoglou ought to decide to

utilise a few more of his more seasoned players for this match.

Draw, 1-1.

The two teams have never played.

Galatasaray to win: 29/20

Draw: 11/4

Tottenham to win: 8/5
