Just in: Sky Sports share Hull City vs. Sunderland match prediction.

On the Sky Sports Championship Predictions podcast, pundit David Prutton predicted a tight encounter between Hull City and Sunderland.

Sheffield United and Leeds United resumed action on Friday night, with Leeds winning convincingly 2-0 at Elland Road.

After a 2-2 tie with Leeds United before the break, Daniel Farke’s team now has the same number of points as the Black Cats, who are still leading the Championship standings.

Hull City, led by Tim Walters, is now 13th. They have won three of their past four games and may use Mason Burstow, a former Sunderland player, and Liam Millar, a summer transfer target.

Sunderland will face Hull City at the MKM Stadium in their sole Sunday Championship fixture this weekend.

Prutton was saying, “Finding it hard to get something between these two, so I’m going to go 1-1.”

Prutton’s forecast differs from EFL pundit Sam Parkin’s.
