Gazza was left with a sour test in his mouth when Spurs commanded a hefty price for the 57-year-old to attend a game. Safe to say, it was a more expensive offer than he was expecting.

Gascoigne told sportscasting.com : “At Rangers I’m welcomed in every way. Given the club’s current struggles, Gascoigne would like to see what the Old Trafford legend could now do at the helm however. The ex-Kettering Town boss offered a damning assessment of United’s current stars and is unimpressed with how they have treated current manager Erik ten Hag.
