In light of Inter Milan’s interest, Paul Robinson has speculated that Tottenham would only be willing to sell Guglielmo Vicario for £50 million.
The Serie A powerhouses are reportedly interested in moving for the 28-year-old and are willing to pay £25 million to replace Yann Sommer, who is 35 years old, according to Milan Live [18 September].
Vicario joined Spurs last summer after joining from Empoli on a £17.2 million contract, and he has shown promise in his 49 games since [Sky Sports].
Robinson commented exclusively to Tottenham News, “It’s not enough.” That would not be enough for them. He was a great acquisition and an extremely talented goalkeeper. He has occasionally had difficulty controlling his box, and that has been made clear.
However, he excelled in the previous season and has continued to do so this one. Vicario’s replacement would come at a higher price. Spurs do not require £25 million, and this is a crucial position.
