A former manager of Sheffield United and Leeds United was present for Sunday’s Rangers vs. Hibs match.
After playing all except a Premiers Sports Cup match at Hampden owing to postponed reconstruction work,
Philippe Clement’s team faced a test in their first league match at Ibrox.
The Easter Road team was defeated 1-0 in the Premiership thanks to a brilliant goal from Tom Lawrence.
Rangers are now five points behind Celtic in the league as a result,
and a spectator from the south was paying attention.
Neil Warnock, the former manager of Sheffield United and Leeds United, was seated in the stands.
The veteran manager, who was formerly employed by QPR, Crystal Palace, and other teams,
experienced Scottish football for the first time during a brief stay at Aberdeen last season.
However, he didn’t avoid discussing the Rangers when he was under fire from the Dons.
